มาตรา 103 บทบัญญัติในลักษณะ 1 ให้ใช้ในกรณีแห่งความผิดลหุโทษด้วย เว้นแต่ที่บัญญัติไว้ในสามมาตราต่อไปนี้

Section 103 The provisions of Title 1 shall apply to petty offences as well, except as provided in the following three Sections.
