มาตรา 109 ผู้ใดปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต
ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน
ผู้ใดกระทำการใดอันเป็นการตระเตรียมเพื่อปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือเพื่อฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ หรือรู้ว่ามีผู้จะปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือจะฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ กระทำการใดอันเป็นการช่วยปกปิดไว้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบสองปีถึงยี่สิบปี
Section 109 Whoever causes the death of the Queen, the Heir-Apparent, or kills the Regent shall be liable to death.
Whoever attempts such an act shall be liable to the same punishment.
Whoever does any act of preparation to cause the death of the Queen or the Heir-Apparent, or to kill the Regent, or who, knowing that a person will do so, does any act to help conceal it, shall be liable to imprisonment of twelve to twenty years.
