มาตรา 115 ผู้ใดยุยงทหารหรือตำรวจให้หนีราชการ ให้ละเลยไม่กระทำการตามหน้าที่ หรือให้ก่อการกำเริบ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี
ถ้าความผิดนั้นได้กระทำลงโดยมุ่งหมายจะบ่อนให้วินัยและสมรรถภาพของกรมกองทหารหรือตำรวจเสื่อมทรามลง ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี
Section 115 Whoever incites a soldier or police officer to desert the service, to neglect to perform his duty, or to mutiny shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years.
If the offence is committed with intent to undermine the discipline and efficiency of a military or police unit, the doer shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding ten years.
