มาตรา 135/2 ผู้ใด
(1) ขู่เข็ญว่าจะกระทำการก่อการร้าย โดยมีพฤติการณ์อันควรเชื่อได้ว่าบุคคลนั้นจะกระทำการตามที่ขู่เข็ญจริง หรือ
(2) สะสมกำลังพลหรืออาวุธ จัดหาหรือรวบรวมทรัพย์สิน ให้หรือรับการฝึกการก่อการร้าย ตระเตรียมการอื่นใด หรือสมคบกัน เพื่อก่อการร้าย หรือกระทำความผิดใด ๆ อันเป็นส่วนของแผนการเพื่อก่อการร้าย หรือยุยงประชาชนให้เข้ามีส่วนในการก่อการร้าย หรือรู้ว่ามีผู้จะก่อการร้ายแล้วกระทำการใดอันเป็นการช่วยปกปิดไว้
ผู้นั้นต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สองปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สี่หมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 135-2 Whoever:
(1) threatens to commit terrorism, with circumstances giving reasonable cause to believe that the person will really act as threatened; or
(2) amasses manpower or arms, procures or collects property, gives or receives terrorist training, makes any other preparation, conspires to commit terrorism, commits any offence forming part of a plan for terrorism, incites the people to take part in terrorism, or, knowing that a person will commit terrorism, does any act to help conceal it;
shall be liable to imprisonment of two to ten years and a fine of forty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
