มาตรา 135/4 ผู้ใดเป็นสมาชิกของคณะบุคคลซึ่งมีมติของหรือประกาศภายใต้คณะมนตรีความมั่นคงแห่งสหประชาชาติกำหนดให้เป็นคณะบุคคลที่มีการกระทำอันเป็นการก่อการร้ายและรัฐบาลไทยได้ประกาศให้ความรับรองมติหรือประกาศดังกล่าวด้วยแล้ว ผู้นั้นต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปีและปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท

Section 135-4 Whoever is a member of a group of persons that a resolution or announcement under the United Nations Security Council designates as a group committing acts of terrorism, and the Thai Government has announced its recognition of that resolution or announcement, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht.
