มาตรา 153 ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน มีหน้าที่จ่ายทรัพย์ จ่ายทรัพย์นั้นเกินกว่าที่ควรจ่ายเพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 153 Whoever, being an official charged with the duty to disburse money, disburses more than is proper for the benefit of himself or another, shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years and a fine of twenty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
