มาตรา 164 ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน รู้หรืออาจรู้ความลับในราชการ กระทำโดยประการใด ๆ อันมิชอบด้วยหน้าที่ ให้ผู้อื่นล่วงรู้ความลับนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 164 Whoever, being an official who knows or may know an official secret, wrongfully acts in any manner contrary to his duty so as to let another person know that secret, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
