มาตรา 169 ผู้ใดขัดขืนคำบังคับตามกฎหมายของพนักงานอัยการ ผู้ว่าคดีหรือพนักงานสอบสวน ซึ่งให้ส่งหรือจัดการส่งทรัพย์หรือเอกสารใด ให้สาบาน ให้ปฏิญาณ หรือให้ให้ถ้อยคำ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 169 Whoever disobeys a lawful order of a public prosecutor, a case prosecutor, or an inquiry official to deliver or arrange delivery of property or a document, to take an oath, to affirm, or to give a statement shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three months, or a fine not exceeding five thousand baht, or both.
