มาตรา 185 ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ซ่อนเร้น เอาไปเสีย หรือทำให้สูญหายหรือไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งทรัพย์หรือเอกสารใดที่ได้ส่งไว้ต่อศาล หรือที่ศาลให้รักษาไว้ในการพิจารณาคดี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 185 Whoever damages, destroys, conceals, takes away, or causes to be lost or rendered useless any property or document delivered to the court, or kept by the court's order, in the trial of a case shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
