มาตรา 203 ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาล ป้องกันหรือขัดขวางมิให้การเป็นไปตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 203 Whoever, being an official with the duty to give effect to a judgment or order of the court, prevents or obstructs compliance with that judgment or order shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
