มาตรา 208 ผู้ใดแต่งกายหรือใช้เครื่องหมายที่แสดงว่าเป็นภิกษุ สามเณร นักพรตหรือนักบวชในศาสนาใดโดยมิชอบ เพื่อให้บุคคลอื่นเชื่อว่าตนเป็นบุคคลเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 208 Whoever wrongfully dresses or uses marks indicating that he is a monk, novice, ascetic, or clergyman of any religion in order to make others believe he is such a person shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
