มาตรา 212 ผู้ใด
(1) จัดหาที่ประชุมหรือที่พำนักให้แก่อั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจร
(2) ชักชวนบุคคลให้เข้าเป็นสมาชิกอั้งยี่หรือพรรคพวกซ่องโจร
(3) อุปการะอั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจรโดยให้ทรัพย์หรือโดยประการอื่น หรือ
(4) ช่วยจำหน่ายทรัพย์ที่อั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจรได้มาโดยการกระทำความผิด
ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับผู้กระทำความผิดฐานเป็นอั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจร แล้วแต่กรณี
Section 212 Whoever:
(1) provides a meeting place or shelter to a secret society or a gang;
(2) persuades a person to become a member of a secret society or a partner of a gang;
(3) supports a secret society or a gang by giving property or otherwise; or
(4) helps to dispose of property obtained by a secret society or a gang through the commission of an offence;
shall be liable to the same punishment as the offender of being a secret society or a gang, as the case may be.
