มาตรา 232 ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ยานพาหนะดังต่อไปนี้ อยู่ในลักษณะอันน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคล
(1) เรือเดินทะเล อากาศยาน รถไฟหรือรถราง
(2) รถยนต์ที่ใช้สำหรับการขนส่งสาธารณะ หรือ
(3) เรือกลไฟ หรือเรือยนต์อันมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ที่ใช้สำหรับการขนส่งสาธารณะ
ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
Section 232 Whoever does any act to put the following vehicles in a condition likely to cause danger to persons:
(1) a sea-going vessel, aircraft, train, or tram;
(2) a motor vehicle used for public transport; or
(3) a steamship or motor vessel of five tons or more used for public transport;
shall be liable to imprisonment of six months to seven years and a fine of ten thousand to one hundred and forty thousand baht.
