มาตรา 25 ผู้ต้องโทษกักขังในสถานที่ซึ่งกำหนด จะได้รับการเลี้ยงดูจากสถานที่นั้น แต่ภายใต้ข้อบังคับของสถานที่ ผู้ต้องโทษกักขังมีสิทธิที่จะรับอาหารจากภายนอกโดยค่าใช้จ่ายของตนเอง ใช้เสื้อผ้าของตนเอง ได้รับการเยี่ยมอย่างน้อยวันละหนึ่งชั่วโมง และรับและส่งจดหมายได้

Section 25 A person sentenced to confinement in a designated place shall be maintained by that place; but subject to the regulations of the place, the person confined has the right to receive food from outside at his own expense, to wear his own clothes, to receive visits of at least one hour a day, and to receive and send letters.
The person confined must work according to the regulations, rules, and discipline. If he wishes to do other work, he shall be permitted to choose work of the type for which he volunteers, provided it does not conflict with the regulations, rules, discipline, or safety of the place.
