มาตรา 269/12 ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งดวงตรา รอยตรา หรือแผ่นปะตรวจลงตราอันใช้ในการตรวจลงตราสำหรับการเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 269-12 Whoever counterfeits a seal, seal impression, or visa sticker used for visa issuance in international travel shall be liable to imprisonment of one to ten years and a fine of twenty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
