มาตรา 269/6 ผู้ใดมีไว้เพื่อนำออกใช้ซึ่งบัตรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบตามมาตรา 269/5 ในประการที่น่าจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่นหรือประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 269-6 Whoever has for the purpose of putting into circulation another's electronic card wrongfully under Section 269/5, in a manner likely to cause harm to another person or the public, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
