มาตรา 270 ผู้ใดใช้หรือมีไว้เพื่อใช้ซึ่งเครื่องชั่ง เครื่องตวง หรือเครื่องวัด ที่ผิดอัตราเพื่อเอาเปรียบในการค้า หรือมีเครื่องเช่นว่านั้นไว้เพื่อขาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 270 Whoever uses or has for use a weighing, measuring, or gauging instrument of incorrect rate in order to gain an advantage in trade, or has such an instrument for sale, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
