มาตรา 287/2 ผู้ใด
(1) เพื่อความประสงค์แห่งการค้า หรือโดยการค้า เพื่อการแจกจ่ายหรือเพื่อการแสดงอวดแก่ประชาชน ทำ ผลิต มีไว้ นำเข้าหรือยังให้นำเข้าในราชอาณาจักร ส่งออกหรือยังให้ส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร พาไปหรือยังให้พาไปหรือทำให้แพร่หลายโดยประการใด ๆ ซึ่งสื่อลามกอนาจารเด็ก
(2) ประกอบการค้า หรือมีส่วนหรือเข้าเกี่ยวข้องในการค้าเกี่ยวกับสื่อลามกอนาจารเด็ก จ่ายแจกหรือแสดงอวดแก่ประชาชนหรือให้เช่าสื่อลามกอนาจารเด็ก
(3) เพื่อจะช่วยการทำให้แพร่หลาย หรือการค้าสื่อลามกอนาจารเด็กแล้ว โฆษณาหรือไขข่าวโดยประการใด ๆ ว่ามีบุคคลกระทำการอันเป็นความผิดตามมาตรานี้ หรือโฆษณาหรือไขข่าวว่าสื่อลามกอนาจารเด็กดังกล่าวแล้วจะหาได้จากบุคคลใด หรือโดยวิธีใด
ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 287-2 Whoever:
(1) for trade purposes or by trade, or for distribution or public exhibition, makes, produces, possesses, imports or causes to be imported into the Kingdom, exports or causes to be exported, carries or causes to be carried, or in any way disseminates child pornography;
(2) carries on trade, or takes part or is concerned in trade, in child pornography, distributes or publicly exhibits it, or lets it for hire; or
(3) in order to assist the dissemination or trade of child pornography, advertises or makes known by any means that a person commits an offence under this Section, or that such child pornography may be obtained from a person or by a means;
shall be liable to imprisonment of three to ten years and a fine of sixty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
