มาตรา 30/2 ถ้าภายหลังศาลมีคำสั่งอนุญาตตามมาตรา 30/1 แล้ว ความปรากฏแก่ศาลเองหรือความปรากฏตามคำแถลงของโจทก์หรือเจ้าพนักงานว่าผู้ต้องโทษปรับมีเงินพอชำระค่าปรับได้ในเวลาที่ยื่นคำร้องตามมาตรา 30/1 หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งหรือเงื่อนไขที่ศาลกำหนด ศาลจะเพิกถอนคำสั่งอนุญาตดังกล่าวและปรับ หรือกักขังแทนค่าปรับ โดยให้หักจำนวนวันที่ทำงานมาแล้วออกจากจำนวนเงินค่าปรับก็ได้
ในระหว่างการทำงานบริการสังคมหรือทำงานสาธารณประโยชน์แทนค่าปรับหากผู้ต้องโทษปรับไม่ประสงค์จะทำงานดังกล่าวต่อไป อาจขอเปลี่ยนเป็นรับโทษปรับ หรือกักขังแทนค่าปรับก็ได้ ในกรณีนี้ให้ศาลมีคำสั่งอนุญาตตามคำร้อง โดยให้หักจำนวนวันที่ทำงานมาแล้วออกจากจำนวนเงินค่าปรับ
Section 30-2 If, after the court has granted permission under Section 30/1, it appears to the court itself, or on the statement of the plaintiff or an official, that the person fined had money sufficient to pay the fine at the time of applying under Section 30/1, or has violated or not complied with the court's order or conditions, the court may revoke the permission and impose the fine or confinement in lieu of the fine, deducting the days already worked from the amount of the fine.
During the community service or public-benefit work in lieu of the fine, if the person fined no longer wishes to continue, he may ask to change to undergoing the fine or confinement in lieu of the fine; in that case the court shall grant the application, deducting the days already worked from the amount of the fine.
