มาตรา 369 ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ประกาศ ภาพโฆษณา หรือเอกสารใดที่เจ้าพนักงานผู้กระทำการตามหน้าที่ปิดหรือแสดงไว้ หรือสั่งให้ปิด หรือแสดงไว้ หลุดฉีกหรือไร้ประโยชน์ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 369 Whoever, by any means, tears, detaches, or renders useless a notice, advertisement, or document that an official acting in his duty has posted or displayed, or ordered to be posted or displayed, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
