มาตรา 372 ผู้ใดทะเลาะกันอย่างอื้ออึงในทางสาธารณะหรือสาธารณสถาน หรือกระทำโดยประการอื่นใดให้เสียความสงบเรียบร้อยในทางสาธารณะหรือสาธารณสถาน ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 372 Whoever quarrels noisily in a public way or public place, or by any other means disturbs the peace and order in a public way or public place, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
