มาตรา 378 ผู้ใดเสพสุราหรือของเมาอย่างอื่น จนเป็นเหตุให้ตนเมา ประพฤติวุ่นวายหรือครองสติไม่ได้ขณะอยู่ในถนนสาธารณะ หรือสาธารณสถาน ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท

Section 378 Whoever consumes liquor or another intoxicant to the point of being intoxicated and behaving disorderly or losing self-control while in a public street or public place shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand baht.
