มาตรา 380 ผู้ใดทำให้เกิดปฏิกูลแก่น้ำในบ่อ สระ หรือที่ขังน้ำอันมีไว้สำหรับประชาชนใช้สอย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 380 Whoever fouls the water in a well, pond, or water reservoir kept for public use shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
