มาตรา 47 ถ้าผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนตามความในมาตรา 46 กระทำผิดทัณฑ์บน ให้ศาลมีอำนาจสั่งให้ผู้นั้นชำระเงินไม่เกินจำนวนที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในทัณฑ์บน ถ้าผู้นั้นไม่ชำระให้นำบทบัญญัติในมาตรา 29 และมาตรา 30 มาใช้บังคับ

Section 47 If a person who has given a recognizance under Section 46 breaches it, the court has power to order him to pay a sum not exceeding that fixed in the recognizance. If he does not pay, Sections 29 and 30 shall apply.
