มาตรา 101 การบังคับตามคำสั่งของศาลตามความในมาตรา 46 หรือการร้องขอให้ศาลสั่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์บนตามความในมาตรา 47 นั้น ถ้ามิได้บังคับหรือร้องขอภายในกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันที่ศาลมีคำสั่ง หรือนับแต่วันที่ผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์บน จะบังคับหรือร้องขอมิได้
Section 101 The enforcement of a court order under Section 46, or an application asking the court to order payment when a person who has entered into a recognizance breaches it under Section 47, if not enforced or applied for within two years from the date the court made the order, or from the date of the breach of the recognizance, may no longer be enforced or applied for.
