มาตรา 113 ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย หรือขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย เพื่อ
(1) ล้มล้างหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญ
(2) ล้มล้างอำนาจนิติบัญญัติ อำนาจบริหาร หรืออำนาจตุลาการแห่งรัฐธรรมนูญ หรือให้ใช้อำนาจดังกล่าวแล้วไม่ได้ หรือ
(3) แบ่งแยกราชอาณาจักรหรือยึดอำนาจปกครองในส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดแห่งราชอาณาจักร
ผู้นั้นกระทำความผิดฐานเป็นกบฏ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต
Section 113 Whoever uses force, or threatens to use force, in order to:
(1) overthrow or change the Constitution;
(2) overthrow the legislative, executive, or judicial power of the Constitution, or render the exercise of such power impossible; or
(3) divide the Kingdom or seize the governing power over any part of the Kingdom;
commits the offence of insurrection (rebellion) and shall be liable to death or imprisonment for life.
