ความผิดฐานหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายพระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท หรือผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ 3 ปีถึง 15 ปีWhoever defames, insults, or threatens the King, the Queen, the Heir-Apparent, or the Regent shall be liable to imprisonment of three to fifteen years.

มาตรา 112 ผู้ใดหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายพระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท หรือผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงสิบห้าปี

Section 112 Whoever defames, insults, or threatens the King, the Queen, the Heir-Apparent, or the Regent shall be liable to imprisonment of three to fifteen years.
