มาตรา 133 ผู้ใดหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายราชาธิบดี ราชินี ราชสามี รัชทายาท หรือประมุขแห่งรัฐต่างประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงเจ็ดปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 133 Whoever defames, insults, or threatens the sovereign, queen, royal consort, heir-apparent, or head of a foreign State shall be liable to imprisonment of one to seven years, or a fine of twenty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
