มาตรา 134 ผู้ใดหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายผู้แทนรัฐต่างประเทศซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำนัก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงห้าปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 134 Whoever defames, insults, or threatens a representative of a foreign State accredited to the Royal Court shall be liable to imprisonment of six months to five years, or a fine of ten thousand to one hundred thousand baht, or both.
