มาตรา 135 ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ ต่อธงหรือเครื่องหมายอื่นใด อันมีความหมายถึงรัฐต่างประเทศซึ่งมีสัมพันธไมตรี เพื่อเหยียดหยามรัฐนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 135 Whoever does any act to a flag or other emblem signifying a foreign State maintaining friendly relations, in order to deride that State, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
