มาตรา 118 ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ ต่อธงหรือเครื่องหมายอื่นใดอันมีความหมายถึงรัฐ เพื่อเหยียดหยามประเทศชาติ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 118 Whoever does any act to a flag or any other emblem signifying the State in order to deride the nation shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
