มาตรา 119 ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่อให้ราชอาณาจักรหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของราชอาณาจักรตกไปอยู่ใต้อำนาจอธิปไตยของรัฐต่างประเทศ หรือเพื่อให้เอกราชของรัฐเสื่อมเสียไป ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Section 119 Whoever does any act to bring the Kingdom or any part of it under the sovereignty of a foreign State, or to impair the independence of the State, shall be liable to death or imprisonment for life.
