มาตรา 121 คนไทยคนใดกระทำการรบต่อประเทศหรือเข้าร่วมเป็นข้าศึกของประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Section 121 Any Thai who wages war against the country or joins as an enemy of the country shall be liable to death or imprisonment for life.
