มาตรา 117 ผู้ใดยุยงหรือจัดให้เกิดการร่วมกันหยุดงาน การร่วมกันปิดงานงดจ้าง หรือการร่วมกันไม่ยอมค้าขาย หรือติดต่อทางธุรกิจกับบุคคลใด ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในกฎหมายแผ่นดิน เพื่อบังคับรัฐบาลหรือเพื่อข่มขู่ประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดทราบความมุ่งหมายดังกล่าวและเข้ามีส่วนหรือเข้าช่วยในการร่วมกันหยุดงาน การร่วมกันปิดงานงดจ้างหรือการร่วมกันไม่ยอมค้าขายหรือติดต่อทางธุรกิจกับบุคคลใด ๆ นั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดทราบความมุ่งหมายดังกล่าว และใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้ายหรือทำให้หวาดกลัวด้วยประการใด ๆ เพื่อให้บุคคลเข้ามีส่วนหรือเข้าช่วยในการร่วมกันหยุดงาน การร่วมกันปิดงานงดจ้างหรือการร่วมกันไม่ยอมค้าขายหรือติดต่อทางธุรกิจกับบุคคลใด ๆ นั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 117 Whoever incites or organizes a joint strike, a joint lock-out, or a joint refusal to trade or do business with any person, in order to bring about a change in the laws of the country, to coerce the government, or to intimidate the people, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand baht, or both.
Whoever, knowing of such purpose, takes part in or assists such joint strike, lock-out, or refusal to trade or do business with any person shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
Whoever, knowing of such purpose, uses force, threatens to use force, or causes fear by any means in order to make a person take part in or assist such joint strike, lock-out, or refusal shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
