มาตรา 197 ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ให้ประโยชน์ หรือรับว่าจะให้ประโยชน์ เพื่อกีดกันหรือขัดขวางการขายทอดตลาดของเจ้าพนักงานเนื่องจากคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาล ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 197 Whoever uses force, threatens to use force, gives a benefit, or agrees to give a benefit in order to hinder or obstruct a public auction conducted by an official pursuant to a judgment or order of the court shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
