มาตรา 196 ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งห้ามของศาลซึ่งได้สั่งไว้ในคำพิพากษา ตามมาตรา 50 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 196 Whoever violates a prohibitory order of the court made in the judgment under Section 50 shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
