มาตรา 194 ผู้ใดต้องคำพิพากษาห้ามเข้าเขตกำหนดตามมาตรา 45 เข้าไปในเขตกำหนดนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 194 Whoever, having been sentenced to prohibition from entering a designated zone under Section 45, enters that zone shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
