มาตรา 195 ผู้ใดหลบหนีจากสถานพยาบาลซึ่งศาลสั่งให้คุมตัวไว้ ตามความในมาตรา 49 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 195 Whoever escapes from a medical institution in which the court has ordered him detained under Section 49 shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
