มาตรา 199 ผู้ใดลอบฝัง ซ่อนเร้น ย้ายหรือทำลายศพหรือส่วนของศพเพื่อปิดบังการเกิด การตายหรือเหตุแห่งการตาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 199 Whoever secretly buries, conceals, removes, or destroys a corpse or part of a corpse in order to conceal the birth, the death, or the cause of death shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
