มาตรา 366/1 ผู้ใดกระทำเพื่อสนองความใคร่ของตน โดยการใช้อวัยวะเพศของตนล่วงล้ำอวัยวะเพศ ทวารหนัก หรือช่องปากของศพ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 366-1 Whoever, to gratify his own sexual desire, uses his sexual organ to penetrate the sexual organ, anus, or mouth of a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
