ความผิดที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ลงโทษทั้งจำคุกและปรับ ถ้าศาลเห็นสมควรจะลงแต่โทษจำคุกอย่างเดียวก็ได้For all offences for which the law fixes both imprisonment and a fine, the court may, if it sees fit, impose only the imprisonment.

มาตรา 20 บรรดาความผิดที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ลงโทษทั้งจำคุกและปรับด้วยนั้น ถ้าศาลเห็นสมควรจะลงแต่โทษจำคุกก็ได้

Section 20 For all offences for which the law fixes both imprisonment and a fine, the court may, if it sees fit, impose only the imprisonment.
