มาตรา 19 ผู้ใดต้องโทษประหารชีวิต ให้ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีฉีดยาหรือสารพิษให้ตาย

หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการประหารชีวิต ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กระทรวงยุติธรรมกำหนด โดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Section 19 Whoever is sentenced to death shall be executed by injection of a lethal substance.

The rules and method of execution shall be as prescribed by regulation of the Ministry of Justice, published in the Government Gazette.
