มาตรา 201 ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงานในตำแหน่งตุลาการ พนักงานอัยการ ผู้ว่าคดี หรือพนักงานสอบสวน เรียก รับ หรือยอมจะรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดสำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบเพื่อกระทำการหรือไม่กระทำการอย่างใดในตำแหน่ง ไม่ว่าการนั้นจะชอบหรือมิชอบด้วยหน้าที่ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท หรือประหารชีวิต
Section 201 Whoever, being an official in a judicial position, a public prosecutor, a case prosecutor, or an inquiry official, wrongfully demands, accepts, or agrees to accept property or any other benefit for himself or another in order to perform or omit any act in his office, whether or not the act is within his duty, shall be liable to imprisonment of five to twenty years or imprisonment for life and a fine of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand baht, or to death.
