มาตรา 216 เมื่อเจ้าพนักงานสั่งผู้ที่มั่วสุมเพื่อกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 215 ให้เลิกไป ผู้ใดไม่เลิก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 216 When an official orders those assembled to commit an offence under Section 215 to disperse, whoever does not disperse shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
