มาตรา 230 ผู้ใดเอาสิ่งใด ๆ กีดขวางทางรถไฟหรือทางรถราง ทำให้รางรถไฟหรือรางรถรางหลุด หลวมหรือเคลื่อนจากที่ หรือกระทำแก่เครื่องสัญญาณจนน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่การเดินรถไฟหรือรถราง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
Section 230 Whoever places anything to obstruct a railway or tramway, causes the rails to come loose, slacken, or shift, or acts on a signalling device, to a degree likely to cause danger to the running of trains or trams, shall be liable to imprisonment of six months to seven years and a fine of ten thousand to one hundred and forty thousand baht.
