มาตรา 234 ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ แก่สิ่งที่ใช้ในการผลิต ในการส่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าหรือในการส่งน้ำ จนเป็นเหตุให้ประชาชนขาดความสะดวก หรือน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่ประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 234 Whoever does any act to a thing used in producing or transmitting electrical power, or in supplying water, so as to deprive the public of convenience, or in a manner likely to cause danger to the public, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
