มาตรา 235 ผู้ใดกระทำการด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้การสื่อสารสาธารณะทางไปรษณีย์ ทางโทรเลข ทางโทรศัพท์ หรือทางวิทยุขัดข้อง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 235 Whoever does any act to disrupt public communication by post, telegraph, telephone, or radio shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
