มาตรา 248 ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 240 มาตรา 241 หรือมาตรา 247 ได้กระทำความผิดตามมาตราอื่นที่บัญญัติไว้ในหมวดนี้อันเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่ตนปลอมหรือแปลงนั้นด้วย ให้ลงโทษผู้นั้นตามมาตรา 240 มาตรา 241 หรือมาตรา 247 แต่กระทงเดียว
Section 248 If an offender under Section 240, 241, or 247 also commits an offence under another Section in this Chapter concerning the thing he counterfeited or altered, he shall be punished under Section 240, 241, or 247 only, as a single count.
