มาตรา 259 ถ้าการกระทำตามมาตรา 258 เป็นการกระทำเกี่ยวกับตั๋วที่จำหน่ายแก่ประชาชนเพื่อผ่านเข้าสถานที่ใด ๆ ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 259 If the act under Section 258 concerns a ticket sold to the public for admission to any place, the doer shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
