มาตรา 260 ผู้ใดใช้ ขาย เสนอขาย แลกเปลี่ยนหรือเสนอแลกเปลี่ยนซึ่งตั๋วอันเกิดจากการกระทำดังกล่าวในมาตรา 258 หรือมาตรา 259 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 260 Whoever uses, sells, offers for sale, exchanges, or offers to exchange a ticket arising from the act under Section 258 or Section 259 shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year, or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
